4. CHILD CUSTOOY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary
custody of the minor child ren of the parties is awarded to the
Husband - CHARLES HAMILTON HEDGE , with reasonable right
of visitation reserved to the noncustodial parent. The name s of
said minor child ren being as follows: P~ELA D. HEDGE and TAMMIF
L. HEDGE.
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper.
6. DEBTS: That the Husband, CHARLES HAMILTON HEDGE, be,
and is hereby ordered to be solely responsible for, indemnify the
Wife, PAMELA LaRUE HEDGE, against, and hold her harmless from the
joint loan which the parties contracted for to purchase certain real
property situate at 4210 Garrison Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida.
