FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION F MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage b~tween the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the ~arties, and the
Court being otherwise fuZly advised in the premises, it is, thereuj~on
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEQ, as follows:
1. DISSOLLTION OF MARRIAGE: That tne marriage bctween
JOHN RANDALL CHANDLER and SANDRA FAYE CHANDLER, •
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the b~nds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of th~ parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies are ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without
further ~rder of this Court. •
3.. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own rea? propert~~ jointly and
do own personal property jointly.
