This cause came on for trial this 9th day of March,
19 8l. an~ the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject ~-atter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
partfes is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriaqe between the
above named persons ba and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
ariaing therpf=om.
2. RESTORATZON OF NAME: SANDRA DARLENE CANNON be
and she is hereby authorized tc 3ssume her former name of SANDRA
DARLENE DIETERICH and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriaqe had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be. divided.
