4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary
custody of the minor child ren of the parties is awar•ded to the
Husband , DAVID PALTL MARTIN , with reasonable right
of visitation reserved to the noncustodial parent. The names of
said minor child ren being as follows; PAUL SAMSON MARTIN, age $
years, JOHN MARTIN, age 7 years and TINA MARIE MARTIN, age 6 years.
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper..
6. DEBTS: That the Husband, DAVID PAUL MARTIN, be, and is
hereby ordered to be solely responsible for the joint loan which the
parties contracted for to purchase certain real property located at
3110 Mohawk Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that he indemnify the
Wife against and hold her harmless from the said loan. -
DONE AND ORDERED this day of March, A.D. 1981, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
