This cause came on for trial this 23rd day of February,
19 8~, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and .
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriaqe between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonda of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therpfrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: DEBRA ANNE~~fk~T~f~LI

and she is hereby authorized tc 3ssume her former name of DEBRA ANNE
SCHWEIZER and to use the same in all respects as if
eaid marriage had not intervened.
