FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this 9th day of March, 1981,
and the Court having reviewed the Court file and listened to the testimony of
the Petitioner and her witness, and being otherwise advised, it is, thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the Petitioner.
BARBARA J. POPE and the Respondent , FRANK R. POPE , JR . be and the same
are hereby dissolved .
2. That the Property Settlement Agreement introduced into evidence by
the Petitioner is hereby incorprated by reference into the terms of this Judgment
of Dissolution . Both parties are ordered to comply with the terms and conditions
of that Agreement.
