This cause came an for trial the 9th day of March, 1981 and the Court
having given full cansideration to all the evidence , f inds aand detern~ines : This
Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that
the relatirn of husb~and and wife naw exists betwee~n the parti,es; ~nd that the
marriage between the parti,es is irretrievably broke~ and shauld be dissolv~ed.
It is thereupori

1. DIS90LlTTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DOR~I'MY ANN SA~tA,
and ALIE SABRA, be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~d the parties ~nd each
of them are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of matrinbny heretofare existing
bet~aeen then and ~rcm the obligations arising therefran.
2. PROPEIrIY. There are no issues as to praperty whether real or perscm~al
elcisting between the parti,es.
3. RES'IORATION OF NAME. IbROrItiY ArN SABRA, be and she is hereby authc~~i~z~
to ass~ane her former nane of DOR~THY ArN BROOK.S, and to use the same in all respects
as if said marriage had not intervezied.
