In consequence of disputes and irreconcilable differences, the
parties have separated and are now living apart. In view of their
intention to continue to live apart for the rest of their natural lives,
they desire to settle their respec[ive property rights and to agree on
suppor t provis ions for the t,li fe and the issue o f the marriage , i f any .
THEREFORE, the parties agree:
1. SEPARATION: The parties at all times hereafter shall con~inue
to live separat~ and apart, free from interference by each other. Each
party may reside at the place or places he or she may select.
2. ;ti'TUAL RELEASE: Except as otherwis~ provided in this
~lgree:nent, each party release.s the other from all clains or demands u~
to the date of the execution of this r~greement. Except as otherc~ise
pr~vided, each party waives, releases and relinquishes all right~ that
he or she may now have or ~eay hereafter acquire as the other party's
spouse under the present or Euture lac~s of any jurisdictien:
