5. ALIMONY
A. The Husband shall pay to the Wife for her support
and maintenance the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50:00) per week, in advance
on Monday of each week, beginning on
The payments are to be mailed or delivered to the Wife so as to reach
her by or before Monday of each week, subject, however, to the following:
1.~ In case of the remarriage or death of the Wife,
the obligation to make further payments by the Husband shall cease, except
that he shall be liable for anv arrears.
2. The weekly amount above stated has been fixed
by the parties in view of the representations made by both parties to the
other as to their respective financial status.
6. SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN
. A. The Husband during the minority of the children,
or until they are emancipated or self-supporting, shall pay to the Wife ;
for the support and maintenance of each child of the parties the sum
of $SO.OU per we~k. From those payments, the Wife shall make all
payments required for the maintenance, upbringing and education of the
children of the parties. The payments shall continue without deduction
even though temporary custody.of the children may be with the Husband for
brief periods and even though the children may be temporarily away at
school or camp or otherwise.
7. DIVISION OF PROPERTY

1. Wife shall retain possession of the marital ~
home located at 186 Exmore Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Wife
shall have the responsibility to make all mortgage payments therein.
After the dissolution of marriage, the parties agree that they shall
remain as tenants in common. '
2. The parties mutually agree that their acreage
Iocated in Cadiz, Ohio shall remain in both names to be held as tenants
in common.
B. PPrsonal Property
l. Wife shall retain ownership and possession to
all furniture and furnishings of the marital home. Each party shall
