8. DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS
A. It is mutually agreed that the 1975 Layton 23 foot
travel trailer shall be sold with the proceeds to be used to pay off
the existing debts. Wife hereby agrees to be responsible for payment
on any debts remaining.
