DISSOLIrI'ION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 9th day of March 1981 , and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
'Ihis Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
OItDEItED AND ADJUDGED as fol lows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between then and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DIERDRE, Age 15 years, and Richard, Age 12,
and Darrell, Age 9 years,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent.
3. SUPPORT. Co~eencing the 13thday of March , 1981 ,
Edwin L. Thomas shall pay to Sandra Thomas
the sum of s 100. 00 , per week , for the support of the child(ren) named
above.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of.such further orders as may be proper.
5. The abeve named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
