Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and
by him remitted promptly to 3HARON S, SANSING. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk, All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashiers check, Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. OTHER CHILD SUPPORT. The Nusband shall pay one-half
of all medical and dental bills incurred in the treatment and examination
of the child of the parties.
~ The Wife shall pay one-half of all medical and dental
bills incurred in the treatment and examination of the child of the
parties.
The party receiving nedical or dental bills as set forth
herein shall provide the other party with a copy thereof in order to
facilitate prompt payment. All such payetents shall be made directly to
the doctor or dentist to whom the debt is owed.
