ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
TO: ROGER'S L& S, INC.
ROGER J. SASS, JR.
GREETINGS:
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED AND REQUIRED to show cause, if any
you can, before a Judge of the above-entitled Court at 11:15 A.M.
on the 16th day of March, 1981, in St. Lucie County, why the
inventory at 704 Farmers Market Road or any other office or place
of business or other place and/or documentation and supparting
documents for the accounts receivable, should not be taken from
the possession of the Defendants and delivered to the Plaintiff.
The Complaint and Amendment to the Complaint and the Affidavit
and this Order shall be served upon the Defendants, and shall be
made no later than the lOth day of March, 1981, which service
shall be in the manner as provided by law if such service is
possible, or in the event the officer serving this Order is
uhable to serve any or all of the Defendants as provided by law
within the time specified herein, the officer shall place the
Order together with the Complaint, Amendment to Complaint, and
Affidavit on or in the claimed property or on the main entrance
of the Defendant's address or business address of the corporation
or its agent in St. Lucie County, Florida, stating upon his return
to this Court that he was unable to locate the Defendant or
Defendants, and indicate the manner in which he has served this
Order to Show Cause, which non-personal service shall be effective
to afford notice to such Defendant so served of this Order to
