SASS, SR., Defendants. TEMPORARY INJUNCTION THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day upon the Plaintiff's Motion for an injunction, the supporting Aff idavit of A. Douglas Gilbert, the President of Florida Bank at Fort Pierce having been submitted to this Court indicating that ; ~ the inventory in the warehouse of the Defendants was being i removed and that said inventory is subject to a lien by the .
