TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for an injunction, the supporting Aff idavit
of A. Douglas Gilbert, the President of Florida Bank at Fort
Pierce having been submitted to this Court indicating that ;

the inventory in the warehouse of the Defendants was being
i
removed and that said inventory is subject to a lien by the .
Florida Bank at Fort Pierce securing a loan of $75,000.00, and
the Court determining that it has jurisdiction and that it is
necessary to retain the status quo until a full hearing on
the merits can be obtained, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County
or his duly authorized deputy is direct this Sunday, March 8,
1981, to have the White Freightliner, red in color, with trailer
number Maine 489-332 and ICC number MC 141076, with the name of
Rogers Motor Lines Inc. on it, driven by Dennis Hollfelter,
returned to the warehouse of Roger's L& S, Inc., d/b/a Roger's
Furniture Warehouse, located at 704 Farmers Market Road, Fort
Pierce, Florida, there the employees or agents of the Florida
Bank at Fort Pierce shall unload said furniture and restore
said furniture in the warehouse, tagging and inventorying all
pieces of furnitures taken off said truck, and said furniture
shall remain in said warehouse until a full hearing after due
