YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by
Plaintiff against you seeking to foreclose a lien on the follow-
ing pronerty in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 20, Block 30, FT. PIERCE SHORES,
REVISED PLAT OF UNIT FOUR, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 9, page 35 of the public records
of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
All of Lot 4 and that part of the Lot 3
which lies Southerly of the following
described line:
Beginning on the front line of said Lot 3
at a point measuring 100 feet Northerly
from the Southeast corner of said lot,
thence run West parallel with the Southerly
line of said lot to the rear line thereof,
and the end of said described line.
All situate in Block 30, FT. PIERCE SHORES,
REVISED PLAT OF UNIT FOUR, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Pla~ Book 9. page
