NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
The undersigned hereby gives notice of the commencement
of certain construction pursuant to Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes and states the following:
(a) Description of real property to be improved:
The South 245 feet of Lot 5 and the South
245 feet of Lot 6, all being in Block "A"
of FORT PIERCE GARDENS SUBDIVISION as re-
corded in Plat Book 5, Page 61, St. Lucie
County, Florida. .
The street address of said property is: FFA Road,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
(b) General description of improvements: Residence.
(c) Names and address of the owners and their interests
in the site of improvement: Dixon R. McCain and Lana D. McCain;
P. O. Box 456, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454; fee simple.
(d) Name and address of contractor: Dixon R. McCain,
P. O. Box 456, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454.
(e) Name and address of the surety on the payment bond:
None.
(f) Name and address of any person making a loan for
construction of improvements: None.
(g) Name and address within the State of Florida of a
person other.than the owner upon whom notices or other documents
may be served: None.
(h) Name and address of a person in addition to the owner
to receive a copy of any lienor's notice as provided in Section
713.06(2)(b): John Bahl, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 8,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33454.
