GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ b~ day of February, 1981, between
LOIS JOHNSON, as Guardian of the person and property of TARA N. KITT, Party
of the First Part, and TARA N. 1:ITT. a single adult, Party of the Second Part,
whose address is ~/o p, O. Box 1'lll, Vero Beach, Florida 32960;
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the premises
and the suun of Ten and no/i00 iS2a.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, the
real property located in Saint Lucie County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 4, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to said real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Party of the Second Part, her heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party af the First Part does covenant to and with the Party of
ths Second Part, her heirs and assiqns, that in all thinQS preliminary ~~ rh;~
conveyance, the orders of the Circuit Court of the 19th 3udicial Circuit in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida have~been
followed and complied with in all respects.
