AFFIDAVIT OF CONO A. CURCIO
STATE OF FLORIDA :
ss.
COUNTY OF MARTIN .
BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary public, personally appeared
CONO A. CURCIO, who, upon his oath states:
1. That he is the surviving spouse of OLI~iPIA ~!. CURCIO,
who died on January 13, 1981, as shown by the certified copy of
death certificate which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof.
2. That at the time of the death of said OLIMPIA M. CURCIO,
your affiant and OLIMPIA M. CURCIO, owned real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Apartment 1009-A of Phase XI, HIGH POINT OF
FORT PIERCE-CONDOMINIUM SECTION II, according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded
in O.R. Book 304, at Pages 1396 through 1508, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the marriage of your affiant and OLIMPIA !-i.
CURCZO was continuous and without interruption from the time of
acquiring title to the real property described above, until the
death of OLIMPIA M. CURCIO.
4. That the total value of all property which OL MPIA M.
CURCIO, deceased, had any interest, including jointly owned
property, insurance, or other property included in her gross
estate for Federal Estate Tax purposes was within the general
exemption and therefore no Federal Estate Tax Return, Form 706,
was necessary or filed, and a Non-Taxable Certificate and
Receipt for Estate No.F-11741 is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
