NOTICE OF INTEREST IN LEASEHOLD ESTATE
Know all men by these presence that the undersigned, as Lessee,
has entered into an agreement with Robert R. Nelson and V.L. Van-
Buskirk, as Lessor, to lease 1252 square feet(subsequently reduced
by Lessor to 1216 square feet) of office space located in the east-
erly building being constructed and situated on the property at the
northwest corner~of Virginia and Oleander Avenues, more particularly
described as the south 259.64 feet of that part of the south ~ of
the southwest ~ lying westerly of Oleander Avenue, northerly of 130'
R/tn1 for Virginia Avenue and canal, easterly of South lOth Street R/W
and southerly of Southern Avenue R/rn1 all in Section 15, Township 35
South, Range 40 East in St. Lucie County, Florida. Six parking spac-
es are included in said lease. The initial term of said lease is
for three years commencing within 15 days after a Certificate of Oc-
cupan~y has been issued for the suite,: and the Lessor has completed
all suite improvements, with option for Lessee to terminate lease
if t1,P Ce~tificate ~f nc~t~gancy has not been issued and Lessor has
not completed suite improvements by May 30, 1981. Said lease con-
tains options to extend the lease for 2-2year terms at the option
of Lessee.
