South, Ranqe 40 East, the centerline thereof is more particulary
describec~ as follows:-
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35, thence; N
2'13'S5" W alonq the East line of said Section 35, 2,011.41 feet to
a point , thence; S89°51'27" E, 1,352.94 feet to the centerline in-
tersection of the followinq described centerline and the centerline
of COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, said intersection is the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING of the following described centerline, thence; N 89°51'27" W,
1,311.35 feet, thence; Westerl~ 499.18 feet alonq the arc of a
curve to the left havinq a radius of 1,019.00 feet and a central
angle of 28°04'04" thence; S 62°04'29" W, 466.25 feet to the inter-
