RESOLUTION NO. 81-22
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of
property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, hss
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning
classification be Granted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Cor.imissioners held a public
hearing on March 3, 1981, after publishing a notice of said hearing
in the News Tribune on February 16, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
3rd day of March, 1981, as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A portion of Block 3 lying in Section 26, Township 36
South, Range 40 East of St. Lucie Gardens Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of said Section 26;
thence run South 89°41'18" East along the south line
of said Section 26, a distance of 1033.34 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence run North 27°29'17" West a distance
of 1488.55 feet to an intersection with the north line
of Lot 9, Block 3 of said St. Lucie Gardens Subdivision;
thence run North 89°56'OS" East along the north Iine of
Lots 9,11 & 12 of said Block 3, a distance of 957.60
feet; thence run South 27°29'17" East, a distance of
412.09 feet; thence run South 62°30'43" West, a distance
of 400 feet; thence run South 27°29'17" East, a distance
of 872.70 feet to an intersection with the south line
of said Section 26; thence run North 89°41'18" West
along the south line of said Section 26, a distance of
508.72 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to any
applicable easements, rights of way or other restrictions
of record.

, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Development Coordi~ator of St.
Lucie County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes
to be made on the Offical Zoning Map of St. Lucie County as set out
