Recorde of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable oonsideration

tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that

1585, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
