The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledqes
that this conveyance is subject to the proviaions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all ot said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable~ the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges end agrees that said cec2aration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
