PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a devisee
of certain real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida. His
name and address is set forth in paragraph 3 and the narae and address
of his attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, OSCAR JOSEPH DESJARDIN, whose last known address
was the City of Hamilton, County of Wentworth, Canada, died on June 6th,
1971 at the said City of Hamilton and at the time of death, decedent
was domiciled in Wentworth County, Province of Ontario, Canada.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this estate
to property located in the State of Florida is:
