10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil other
than as set forth in paragraph 11.
11. A certified copy of decedent's will admitted to probate in
the Surrogate Court of the Judicial District of Hamilton, Wentworth,
Province of Ontario, Canada, together with the Letters Probate, accompany
this Petition.
Petitioner requests that an Order of Sur~nary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the asset in the estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
