OSCAR JOSEPH DESJARDIN, of the City of Hamilton, in the County of
Wentworth, Retired Millwright.
-l. I~REBY REVOKE all former wills and other
testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made, and
~ declare this only to be and contain my Last Will and Testament.
2. I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my nephew,
EUGENL BALDASARO, to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my
Last Will and Testament, with full power to-sell and dispose of
my property in any way he may deem advisable in order to caaply
with my wishes hereinafter expreseed; and I hereinafter refer to
him as my "Trustee."
3. . I GIVE, DEVISE ADTD B~QUEATB all the eatate,both
real and personal, which I shall die possessed_of or entitled to
or over which I have a general power of appointment, to :ay said
Trustee upon the following trusts, namely:-
(a) To pay my just debta, funeral and tostamentary expenses,and
~~` all succession duties and estate taxes which may be payable
in connection with my estate as soon ae conveniently may be
after my decease. .
