DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleasings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the narties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORJERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF l4ARRIAGE: That the marriage between
JAMES ROBERT PAYNE and MONICA DENISt PAYNE
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony hereto~ore iexisting between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no r.~inor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and
~o not own personal property jointly.
3. NAME RESTORATION: That it, be and is hereby further
ordered that the Petitioner's forrter name of MONICA DENISE JELKS is
restored to her and she shall henceforth be known as such.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~'~ day of March, A.D. 1.981, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,.Florida.
