MOTION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE Comes now Bonita Hansen Keyes and Lewis Witt, as the duly qualified and acting Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Johanne Hansen~ deceased, and hereby move this Court for an Order Authorizing Sale of certain real nroperty which is an asset of this estate, and in support thereof would show as follows: 1. Johanne Hansen died testate on November 25, 1980, seized and possessed of certain real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, including the following described real property: Lot Seventy~(70) of the Subdivision of Section Five (5), Township Thirty- Six (36) South, Range Forty (40) East~ according to survey made by Franklin Sheen, C.F., as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. :F<EF.r~an, a MuscHOn LA1t1/ERS ~ +5 of IANME AVEM)f c ~qT viERCE.FIORMA 1]~60 7ElE/NONE VOSI Kl ]M! 2. Said real property consists entirely of citrus grove, the approximate fair market value of which is $75,000.00. 3. Said real property is not subject to specific devise in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. 4. The undersigned, Bonita Hansen Keyes, is also the sole beneficiary of the estate of the decedent. 5.
