ments over a period of three years.
6. The sale of said real property is necessary and is in
the best interest of the estate to provide liquid assets with
which to defray the cost of administration and estate taxes, and
to provide operating capital for the remaining citrus grove
properties which are assets of the estate. The Last Will and
Testament of the decedent provides in Paragraph III, A, that
with regard to both real and personal property the Co-Personal
Representatives shall have the power of sale in such manner and
on such terms as they shall deem advisable. even for terms beyond
the expected administration of the estate.
WHEREFORE. Bonita Hansen Keyes and Lewis Witt. as the duly
qualified and acting Co-Personal Reoresentatives of the Estate
of Johanne Nansen, deceased, pray that this Court enter an order
authorizing the sale of the above-described real nrouerty for a
purchase price of $75,000.00 upon the terms described herein.
