ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause,having come on before this Court on the D~
day of /~n~,.cG~ ~ 1981 upon the Motion for Order Authorizing
Sale filed herein by Bonita Hansen Keyes and Lewis Witt~ as the
qualified and acting Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate
of Johanne Hansen, deceaseci, and the Court having considered said
motion and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is
thereupon~
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that sale of the following described
real property for a purchase price of $75.000.00, payable
$45,000.00 in cash at closing and the balance of $30,000.00 by
a promissory note to bear interest at the rate of 11 percent per
annum and to be paid in equal monthly installments over a period
of three years, and to be secured by a purchase money first mort-
gage on said real property, be, and the same is hereby authorized:
Lot Seventy (7)) of the Subdivision
of Section Five (5), To~*nship Thirty-
Six (36) South, Range Forty (40) East,
according to survey made by Franklin
Sheen, C.F., as per plat recorded in
Plat Book 1~ page 23, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Done and Ordered in Chambers at Fort Pier , St. Lucie
