a resident of Maricopa County, p'#~~a, died on May 24 , 19 79 ,
and Letters of Administration w•ere i.csued to Petitioner on Auqust 22 , 19 80 ,
2. Petitioner files hereHith either a findl accounting containing a complete report of all
receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed b~~ all interested persons, other
than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fulty administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and~by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.

attorneys, account~ .its, appraisers or other agents employed bt• the personal representative is set forth
in Exhibit "r1" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed a!l required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
~vith the Department of Revenue of the State of I~ lorida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate a: set
forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an interest in this proceeding and their
