9. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all interested persons
other than petitioner, waiving service of the petition for discharge and
consent to discharge of the personal representative.
. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that, atter satisfactory proof has been presented that
distribulion has been m~de in accordance with the schedule of distribution and that claims of creditors
have been paid or otherwise disposed of, an order be entered discharging Petitioner ss personal
representative of this estate and releasing the surety on any bond which Petitioner may have posted in
~ this proceeding from any [urther liability on it.
