D. The Petitioner, JOY NORTH PILCHEF, shall transfer to
the Guardian herein appointed, all assets received by Petitioner JOY
NORTH PILCHER, from the Incompetent subsequent to January 1, 1978~
including but not limited to the proceeds of any such assets where
the original property has been sold, exchanged, reinvested or otherwise
disposed of. It is the intention of the Court that the legal title
to all the aforementioned assets revest in the Incompetent and that
these properties be used and managed by the Guardian for the use and
benefit of the Incompetent for as long as she shall live.
E. The Guardian shall hold all properties of the Incompetent
or transferred to him as Guardian of the Incompetent, for the use and
benefit of the Incompetent. He shall invest and reinvest the monetary
assets in short-term U. S. Government Notes of a duration of not more
than one (1) year; provided~ ho~~ever, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand
($15,000.00) Dollars shall be held in an interest bearing checking
account to provide for the immediate needs of the Incompetent.
F. The Court finds that there remains some question as to
the ownership of the properties comprising the guardianship estate.
Therefore, the Guardian is directed to notice anyone who might have a
claim to these funds for whatever reason there might be, within six
(6) months of the date of this Order and require anyone who d~sires
to make a claim to those funds to file a responsive pleading of,some
type outlining what interests they may have.
G. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for such
