Westchester County. New York , died on

Petiaoner on November 16 , 19 79 _
2. Petitioner t~es herewith either a fu~al accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and
di4buraetnents since the commencement of adminisiration of this estate. or since the date of the last
accounting fded herein. if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons. other than Petitioner. waiving
the filins of a final accounting.
3. Petitioaer has fuUy administered this estate by making payment. settlement, or other disposition
of all claimt and debts that were presented. and by paying or making provision for the payment of all
taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives. attorneys ,
accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exlu'bit
"A" attached hereto.
S. Pedtioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and aith the
Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of
the satisfaction of tbis estate's obligations for both f~derai and Flcrida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to mal:e distnbution of the assets of thg estate as set forth in

personal representatives, to wit: Preston Elder, Jr. and Elizabeth S.
Belle.
