Before me, the undersigned notary public, personally
appeared David K. Brewster, who was duly sworn and says that
he is the agent of the lienor herein, Bryn Mawr Corporation, a
Delaware Corporation, successor to Bryn Mawr Camp Resorts, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation, authorized to do business in Florida ,
under the name Bryn Mawr Camp Resorts, Inc., whose address is
969 Beachland Boulevard, Vero Beach, Florida 32960; and that in
accordance with a contract with James J. Pardieck, Successor
to M. R. Nelson, as Trustee, and Ocean Harbour Development Corpora-
tion, a Florida corporation, lienor furnished labor, services
or materials consisting of laying of pipes, construction of water
supply and treatment materials, sewage treatment materials and
labor and services in connection therewith connected with the
improvements on the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:

From the intersection of a line lying 3220 feet
south of and parallel ~o the north lines of Sections 10
• ' and 11 - Township 34 South - Ranqe 40 East, with the
west right-of-way of State Road A-1-A, said point of
intersection being the POINT OF BEGINNING, run South
89~32'48" West, parallel to the north line ~f said
Sections 10 and 11, a distance of 1631.34 feet, more
or less, to the east shore of the Indian River: thence
run southeasterly, meandering the east shore of the Indian
River, to a point which is 3828.75 feet south of the
north line of said Sections 10 and 11; thence run North
89°32'48" East, 3828.75 feet south of and parallel to the
north line of said Sections 10 and 11, a distance of
1164.86 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way
of State Road A-1-A; thence run North 14°34'12" West along
the west right-of-way of State Road A-1-A a distance of
630.57 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 18.1
acres, more or less, and situated in Sections 10 and 11 -
, Township 34 South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
