east right-of-way of State Road A-1-A a distance of
273.43 feet; thence run North 75°25'48" East a distance
of 129 feet, more or less, to the line of inean high tide
of the Atlantic Ocean; thence run northwesterly, meandering
the Zine ~f n~ean high tide of the Atlantic Ocean to a point
which is 3220 feet south of the north line of Section 11;
thence run South 89°32'48" West, parallel to the north line
of said Section 11, a distance of 129 feet, more or less,
to the east right-of-way of State Road A-1-A and the POINT
OF BEGINNING; containing 0.7 acres, more or less, and
situated in Section 11 - Township 34 South - Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida;
owned by James J. Pard~eck, Successor Trustee to M. R. Nelson,
as Trustee, Ocean Harbour Developn:ent Corporation, a Florida
Corporation and Ocean Harbour Condominium Association, Inc.,
a Florida Corporation, of a total value in excess of Three
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) of which there remains
unpaid TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY NINE and
50/100ths ($25,649.50) and furnished the first of
the items on or about December 1, 1979 and the las~ of the
items on March 11, 1981 and work is still in oxog~ess,
and the lienor is in privity with the owners.
