FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on this day to be heaxd upon Plaintiff's
motion fox final judgment, and the Court having examined the
complaint, togethex with the Answer there~o, and it appearing
to the Court that the averments contained in the complaint and
affidavits are txue, that no material facts have been con-
cealed, that Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is vested with the legal
title to the following described real property:
Lot 3, Block 65, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, Unit #8, as per.
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 73 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter
and the parties of this suit.
2. That Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is declared to be the fee
simple and absolute owner~of the above-described real property
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida.
3. That all the zight, title or interest of the defendant
a~d all persons claiming by, through or under her, and all par-
ties having or claiming to have any right, title or intexest in
the real property which is the subject matter of this cause of
action since the filing of the Lis Pendens, be and the same are
quieted, vacated, set aside and cancelled as clouds upon the
