of Fort Pierce, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry
to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

absolute as tenant in co~on in the certain
real property described in the Master Form
Deed of Turtle Reed Condominiums 1. record-
ed in Official Record Book 250, Page 2931,
subject to divestment as set forth in said
Master Form Deed and upon such divestment
as interval ownership consisti,ng of Unit
Weeks 21 and 22 in Condominium C-8, Con-
sisting of Apartment Number C-8, and its
undivided share of the common elements of
Turtle Reef Condominiums 1 as such is de-
scribed in said Master Form Deed.
