This cause coming on this day to be heard upon Plaintiff's
motion for final judgment, and the Court having examined the
complaint, together with the Answer thereto, and it .appearing
to the Court that the averments contained in the complaint and
affidavits are true, that no material facts have been con-
cealed, that Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is vested with the legal
title to the following described real property:
Lakewood Park Unit 5, Block 56, Lot 26, Plat 8ook 11, Page
5 of the Public Recoxds ~of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter
and the parties of this suit.
2. That Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is declared to be the fee
simple and absolute owner of the above-described real property
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida.
3. That all the xight, title or interest of the defendant
