FINAL JUDGMENT This cause coming on this day to be heaxd upon Plaintiff's motion for final judgment, and the Court having examined the complaint, together with the Answer thexeto, and it appearing to the Couxt that the averments contained in the complaint and affidavits are true, that no material facts have been con- cealed, that Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is vested with the legal title to the following described real property: Lot 15, Block 451, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THREE (3), a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13 A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there- upon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and the parties of this suit. 2. That Plaintiff, EDWARD CARL, is declared to be the fee simple and absolute owner of the above-described xeal property situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida. 3.
