AMENDED ORDER
This matter coming on for hearing on the Plaintiff's
Motion for Injunction and a Receiver, the Court having heard
testimony for two hours, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that further hearing on this cause
be continued until said on notice of either party and that in
the interim the Defendants are to make available to the Plaintiffs
any and all church and financial records in their possession;
same shall be in the custody of the Defendants' attorney, BEN L.
BRYAN, JR., ESQ., with tt-e Plaintiffs' attorney and the Defendants'
attorney making reasonable provision for both to utilize the
record.
Further, the Defendants' shall in the interim~pay any and all
bills and expenses by check and shall render weekly accountings
to the Plaintiffs as to income and expenses.
