FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record, a jury
having been ~xpressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties;
and havin g reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by ALICE
HINDS and RAWLE HINDS as next friends of the minor Plaintiff,
NIOCA HINDS, and having heard the evidence and the discussion
of counsel for the respective parties, and having approved the
settlement in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants;
and being fully advised in the premise s it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, NIOCA HINDS,
a minor, suing by his next friends and natural guardians ALICE
HINDS and RAWLE HINDS, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendants, SOUTH CAROLINA IIJSURANCE COMPANY, KEI~ER INSURANCE
COI~ANY, RONALD BLACKSHEAR and RUBY MAE BLACKSHEAR, the sum of
$19,000.00 ; and
IT IS FtJRTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that ALICE HINDS and
RAWLE HINDS, individually, shall have and recover of and from
the Defendants, SOUTH CAROLINA INSURANCE COMPANY, KEI~ER
