ORDER ON PET IT ION FOR APPO INTMENT
OF GUARDIAN AND APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT
The Petition of ALICE HINDS and RAWLE HINDS for the Appoint-
ment of Guardian of the property of NIOCA HINDS, a minor, and
for Approval of Settlement, coming on this day to be heard; and
it appearing to the Court from said verified Petition that said
person is incomQetent because of minority, that Petitioners are
the natural father and mother and next friends of NIOCA HZNDS, ~
and that the proposed settlement is in the best interest of the
minor, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Petitioners, ALICE HINDS and RAWLE HINDS,
be and they are hereby appointed as guardians of the property
of said minor, NIOCA HINDS, in the amount of $19,000.00 :
2. That the Petitioners, ALICE HINDS and RAWLE HINDS,
individually and as next friends and natvxal guardians of the
minor, NIOCA H IlJDS, be and they are hereby authorized to settle
all claims against SOIITH CAROLINA IlVSURANCE CON~ANY, KEMPER INSURANCE
COMPANY, RONALD BLACKSHSEAR and RUBY MAE BLACKSHEAR, relating to
