ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff,~NIOCA HINDS, is a
minor whose natural guardians and next friends are ALICE HINDS
and RAWLE HINDS, and that ALICE HINDS and RAWLE HINDS, have been
appointed as guardians over those assets to be received by the
minor in the above-styled cause of action, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's guardians
and next fr iends, ALICE HINDS and RAWLE HINDS, should be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to collect the amounts of the
Final Judgment heretofore entered against the Defendants, SOUTH
CAROLYNA INSURANCE COMPANY, KEN~ER INSURANCE COI~+iPANY, RONALD BLACKSHEAR
and RUBY MAE BLACKSHEAR, in f avor o f the minor P laint if f, N IOCA
HINDS, and it is further,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that ALICE HIN DS and RAWLE HINDS,
as natural parents and next friends of the minor Plaintiff, NIOCA
HINDS, should be and they are hereby authorized to execute the
Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release which is in proper
form and is hereby approved by the Court. -, ~
