20. Assitno~ent ot Reat~ Appolatmeat ot Recei~er. As additional ucurity hercunder. Borrower hereby assigns to

ment of the Property, have the right ta rollect and retai~ such re~ts as they become due and payabk.
Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hercof or abanddnment of the Pmperty. L.ender shall be e~titled to have a
rcceiver appointod by a couri to enter upon, take p~usession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property, including those past due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be appliod first to payment oE the costs of
management o[ the Ptopetty and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, prcmiums on rcceiver's
bonds and reuonabk attorney's [oes, and theo to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The rcceiver shall be liable to account
only [or thox rents actually received.
