hereby releases Lhe original Obliqors) fror.~ further obliqations or liability
under the mortqage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chan~e or an:endment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortqage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assi~ns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be b~~und to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the ~mer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortaaae and the maker(s} of all promissory notes secured thereby.
1. The Association hereb~ agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgaqe is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby conse~ts to the sa1e, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaqed
property to the Owner(s).
