WITNESSETH:
That if the said parties of tihe second part shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part-to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part
do hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the parties
of the second part in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever,
by a good and sufficient deed the following described property
locat~d in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 12.~ feet of Lot 14. all of Lot 15, and the South
22.5 feet of Lot 16, Block 2S. San I,ucie Plaza, Unit One,~
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page
57 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
