and between GLENN C. BOUNDY, III and CAIL C. MUNROE.
tV I T N E S S E T H :
WHEREAS, the parties hereto did purchase, on even date
herewith, as joint tenants with the right of survivorshin, certain
unimproved real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, legallv
described as:
Lot 5, Block A, RIVER WOO~S,
as recorded in Plat Book 18,
page 4 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida

tVHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to provide each other
tvith the right of first refUSal to purchase the other partv's
interest in the property shoulc~ the other party decide to sell
said interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($1~.00)
and ather good and valuabTe consideration, as well as the r-~utual
covenants, agreements and undertakings herein, the sufficiency of
which its accepted and acknowledged by the parties hereto,
THE PARTIES HEREBY CONVENANT AND ArREE that in the event
either party decides to sell his/her interest in the nroperty the
other partv shall have the ric~ht of first refusal to•t~uy such
interest in the property paying therefor an amount equal to anv
bona fide offer to purchase which the selling party may have
received, or in the absence of a bona fide offer, an amount equal
to the market value of said interest in the property at the-ti*ne
of the desired sale.
THE PAR'^IES FURTHER AGR_EE that the selling party shall
give ~aritten notice of the intent to sell to the other party;
that if a bona fide offer of nurchase has been made said offer
shall be included in the notice; that if no bona fide offer has
~ been made and the parties cannot aqree on market value an indepen-
dent real estate apprais~r shall be hired by both parties and
