said appraiser's written opinion of market value shall be binding
on the parties for purposes of this contractt and that the other
party shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of the written
notice which contains a bona fide offer or from the valuation of
the property, whichever is later, in which to exercise this riqht
of first refusal.
