AINENDMEN'!' TO GENERIIL PARTNF:RSt'IP AGREF'MFNT
This Amendment to that certain General Partnership Agreement
entered into on February 29, 1980.by and between RONALD L. TOM~CF.K, ~
h.ereinafter TOMECFK, ROR£RT ZANKL, hereinafter ?.ATiKL, GP.RY CUYFTTF.,
hereinafter GUYETTE, and ~+~ILLIAM RUP.KF, hereinafter BURKF, shall
reac? as follows :

VI~?EREAS, TOMECEK, ZAPIKL, GUYFTTF and t3UP.KE entered into a
General Partnership Agreement datec? February 29, 1980 which was
recorded in Official-Records Dook 347, Paqe 1176 of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, and
WhER~AS, GUYETTE and BURKF have elected to transfer their
partnership interests to ZANKL and ZANKL has aareed to accept same,
and _
WHFREAS, TOMECRK has consented to this transf.er, and
WNEREAS, TOMECEK and ZANKL wish to continue to do business
as partners under the partnership name of Port St. Lucie 4larehousing,
a General Partnership, under the terms and conc?itions of the General
Partnership Agreement dated February 29, 1980,
NOV7, THFREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
l. Article I~~ of the Partnership Agreement shall be amended
to read as follows:

Each Partner's initial contribution to the partnership shall be

the percentage in~icated.below of all r~onies necessary to purchase
the land described in the Contract, and to maintain said land.
These monies are to be paid into the partnership as needed under the
Contract or any financing placed upon said land for partnership
purposes, or otherwise legally required for maintenance including
taxes.
